Sure when that channel is recognized as a vtuber they will be the top vtuber until then you can say the same for Pewdiepie who had an avatar made for him.


if you go by the vtuber channel she has 311K I bet that is listed on the charts if she has not been listed already (not yet listed)

I agree with you, whatever channel is recognized by the charts as a vtuber can have more subs than Gura.

Right now the charts that I look at as official have not yet listed Wolfychu, they should soon she does have a vtuber channel.
Not sure why she felt she needed a separate channel, could be the games she is worried about getting a strike on her main account.


I want Gura to be on top but I also want her not to be stressed about it so if a few other channels could be recognized above hers I would not mind seeing that.

I think if you count some Twitch subs she might not be the top vtuber. For now I'll go by this chart

Most of the Hololive clips that have been popping up are of crying Holomem
I am kinda depressed (a;ways have been) but at least they all tried to carry on.


Seen Watame, Botan, Polka, Kanata and others break down but Pekora is heartbreaking because it took a while for them
This is not normal for Pekora it is upsetting.

how accurate are thse superchat numbers?





not saying someone can't come up with software to count every superchat so if this is real I am kinda annoyed with Gura, Ame, and Ina.

Gura and Ame tend to forget to turn on their supers during streams like Ame is streaming Mario 64 without superchats on right now.
Gura does this often.

Ina tends to get upset at chat if they send too many supers.

Calli and Kiara have seen it as good business.

Subcounts really don't matter the JP girls get double or triple EN numbers.

I'm really bored watching AX lite. Unfortunately no EN streams until it ends it seems.
In 2 hours only seen one clip of Calli no panel yet, At least they said something about Hololive EN, nothing was said about NIJISANJI EN unless I am on the wrong stream.

I am annoyed, the panel was on another channel stream but you can't rewind it so looks like I'll have to wait for monday for the AX vods

Found out that yesterday my second favorite ASMR Vtuber (Yogarun) graduated. *sad*

I hope Patra continues doing it for a long time. Otherwise I might get trouble to sleep again.

Also am I the only one who finds Risu's new model completely disturbing? Can't watch her anymore because it looks so creepy.

Finally able to watch the AX lite panel for HoloEN the scuff curse did follow them

the unseen MC for the Day 1 panel sounds like Hololive ID Reine's voice

it would not be weird because I saw Risu did an intro for one of the other regular panels.
I'm sure she could have other job but she introduced herself as Lou. Still might not be her

Stream was worth it. All of Holostars sent EN messages. Some of JP and ID. Lots of messages answering what they think of EN.
That MC has to be Reine she has the same pause and tone as her.

it is normal for them to set streams on the hour or they are late. It is rare to see them set it 5 minutes before the hour Watson knows she wants to give chat feedback on it.

Edit: She changed the time for 5 minutes after the hour, so she is not streaming during whatever that is

Agreed, I was thinking the same thing when I checked the application page months ago.

This is the first time they are doing this in english but most of the JP music focused talents end up playing some games. And the gamers end up putting out decent music.

I honestly think Hololive made the wrong decision here. She is alone does not belong to a Generation, and unless she can sing better than
Gura they are wasting resouces. Things are gonna get weird, she is alone and going to be treated special. Gonna have to wait and see.

The music must make them a lot of money to have gone for this.

I guess they know their own plans better than we do but I would rather a gen 2.
Gen 2 is still coming that application process was around the same time. I forgot about this strange vsinger thing.

I don't think music is the most popular thing fans watch vtubers for but Hololive has this Idol meme they can't let go.

Yeah I kinda feel bad for her. She's gonna be in a difficult position without gen mates to rely on. Even if she reaches out to other members, they're not going to be on equal footing. With Gen 2 probably coming soon, she runs the biggest risk of failing to find an audience as well.

I wonder if they give her the same 30 day restriction from collabs since she is alone. AZKi has low sub count as well as Holostars, it really points out singing focus is not the best idea but that is a Hololive thing they want to have concerts and big stars on stage.

She must release a lot of music day one. Yeah very difficult position, because she is given this new title vsinger, her music is going to be focused on.

Hope they highered a real Pro. The EN fans will support her heavy long before her debut so her numbers won't be hurting but the songs will have to carry her.

Kiara's new english song was kinda weak, at least I did not thing much of it. I think she is the one who will feel it the most to have a professional singer join EN. Kiara always compares herself to others. The truth is if Kiara has a weak song fans won't care because she is not a vsinger. IRyS can't afford weak songs.

Gura will be fine, I enjoy Gura singing anything. Calli is Rap and will always be Cool.

Ame and Ina have yet to put out songs. Violet should have come out before the vsinger but Ina has enough loyal fans to be okay.

I learned that Taiwanese basically talk a mix of Chinese and Japanese and are much better at English compared to Japanese Vtubers.

I feel like that due to soon(tm) oversaturation of the market, only the Vtubers that focus on a unique niche will survive.

Like if you have 1000 Vtubers that all play the same games all the time and do the same kind of streams (talk, asmr, reading superchat), people will eventually get bored of it.

So I actually like it if a Vtuber actually focuses on something specific. Not everyone needs to play games. Vtubers that focus on ASMR are usually much better than those that just do it for fun once every month. I'd like to see more Vtubers that focus on shows too.
