that movie night thing I go to every month is having a pretty good event this month.

They're showing Maniac Cop I/II on Saturday, and director William Lustig will be there for autographs.

This is pretty awesome, IMO, and I thought some of you bad boys might be interested. Here's some more info:

what the heck could your parents have to do in scranton of all places? hah. I'm in Wilkes-Barre, the 'other' city in this area, and I've never seen the appeal in either place, hah.

My mother's fiance's family lives all over in Pennsylvania. Some in Lebanon, some in Philly, some in Wilkes-Barre, etc. I usually make it a habit not to go, but I think I will this time around.

Any other interested GAFFERS should come, too. The evening is usually pretty fun:
Autograph session (doors are supposed to open at 9:00, but I'd sugeest getting there a little beet earlier for good seating and getting ahead of the crowd)

I'm sure there'll be a few contests. They've usually got a 'scream queen' contest for anyone who wants to bring a girlfriend/female friend. Just have her give out her most blood curdling scream, and she's sure to win something (everyone does!)

And then it's movie time, where you're free to shout out anything you'd like in good fun (You'll probably hear a few 'Gap-pa!' shouts from me in the beginning of the film)

Oh, and before or after the movie they're always sellnig DVDs and figurines and the like.

Willco: Would be comepletely weird if someone in your mom's fiance's family was someone I knew. Not likely of it happening, but would be weird nonetheless.
