Also, does anyone know if this is one of the David Jones games MS recently signed for or is this seperate? Before I assumed that APB was one of them but now I'm having second thoughts.

Atari Games (the old arcade division of Atari that was split off as a separate company from Atari Corp. in 1984) was the company that created A.P.B. Atari Games was purchased by Midway several years ago, and yes, they still own the rights to that name. They recently included A.P.B. as part of Midway Arcade Treasures 2.

There was a very good rendition of A.P.B. released for the Atari Lynx in 1991, also.
