Meet the Fockers cost $80 Million to make? Whew. There must have been some heavy paychecks.

Check out where Elektra is at now.

Damn. Lemony Snickets cost 140 million dollars. What did Jim Carrey take a pay cheque for every character.

They filmed the entire thing on sets; there is not a single location shoot on the entire film. The enormous cost of that alone likely pushed the budget that high.

Alone in the Dark...man, what a flop. It picked a terrible weekend to open. Most weekends that total might have been good to break the Top 10, but this weekend all the Oscar Nominated films upped their theatre counts and pushed them back.

The biggest news, really, has to be the incredibly small dropoff for "Are We There Yet?". Like, 10%? That's unheard of nowadays.

Considering this is the first film Barbra Streisand has made in like a decade you can bet her paycheck was something like 1/4th of the budget. :lol

:lol @ Alone in the Dark

Worst decision ever my movie producers. Firstly, they make a movie on a low-tier brand name then they hire the worst director ever to make it.

When the man is doing 5, count 'em, 5 videogame based movies in a row you KNOW he must be stopped.

Uwe Boll is going to kill the concept of the videogame movie. I don't know if comic book movies have an equivalent director, but if that director ever gets a lot of projects, expect the same for the comic book movie genre. :p
