Oh, that thing that wouldn't work with Mario 64 DS at the presentation. :lol
I trust the guy though, I'm sure it will work at launch. I'm just upset that we couldn't see how well it worked.

It's both. You tighten up the metal bit, so the little plastic nodule is around your thumb. I think it's a good idea as it frees players from having to be so dependant on the stylus.
