Am I the only one who thinks rag doll physics looks retarded most of the time? Human bodies totally intact pinwheeling through the air doesn't make me thing "realistic"

Aren't the 'balls' randomly generated? My doll once hit a massive cluster of balls and I couldn't get her past it no matter what. It actually happened after maybe 2 minutes of dropping down.
