It's a great tv, but because of the lack of hdmi inputs you might want to look for something more future proof. If that not a issue for you then that tv at that price is a great bargin.

It is a great price. And one of the best quality Direct-views you can buy.

I recently bought a 32 inch WEGA with just a few more features (like HDMI input and 720p) for around twice what you're being offered. The bitch weighs 150 lbs, so good luck transporting it from his house.

Yes with a “full” 32 inches worth you should be grinning from ear to ear for days.

LOL. The only catch is that I have to drive about 180 miles to go pick it up.

Ouch. What kind of car do you have? These monitors are huge(deep), and might only fit in a truck's cab. It will require two strong carriers to move it, so find that friend who'll spend six hours on a car trip and strain his back for you.

Also, find out exactly how old this XBR is. If it's pushing 4-5 years, you might consider shopping around for this model: KV-32HS420. It will cost you another 3-4 hundred for it, but you'll be set for the next 5 years, when burgeoning flat panel technologies are within the "I'm not paying over a grand for a fucking TV" prices.
