What do you do at the gym

So today I decided to make use of my JCC membership, besides the basketball courts, and workout. I tried almost every machine, and when I went to the weight room I was lost.

So what do you guys do, and for what?
 
I mostly do leg press....that's where my body needs most strengthening.

Also because I see heaps of guys at the gym with huge muscles with their upper half, then you look down and they have stick legs. :lol

So I try to get a balance. :)
 
I just do cardio at the gym (I'll incorporate resistance training one of these days :-p). Typically it's 30 min on the treadmill, 30 on the elipitcal trainer. Then sometimes I do another 30 on the stairmaster if I feel so inclined and every now and again I'll use the stationary bike (though it doesn't feel as though I get much of a workout from it even with the resistance cranked up). It sucks now that the fall semester has started since the gym at the university is packed. Oh well, it was nice during the summer. :-\
