Man, a new Drakan would've been great. Such potential never realized.

I don't disagree with you. In fact, the fan community had some plans to really expand on Drakan(with the help of Surreal) in the form of a Massively Mutiltiplayer Action game, but the plans was cancelled As yo can see here:

Also, there was a project going to recreate Drakan:TAG for the PC, but because of possible legal problems from Sony, that got cancelled also.
