Okay here's the thing. Facebook is probably the greatest thing for most people. Easy contact, easy sharing, quick feedback and nice pickmeups. For some of us though, the introverted ones, Facebook brings out the most annoying parts of people. You get to see everyones idiosyncracies zoomed in and on incessant repeat, good or bad. Not only that but half the people I'm required to add, whether from a party or a get together, just lock into my life, or even if I'm not posting, just appear repeatedly after a simple login... hey there that person is again, ugh.. whereas in the past, it was a fleeting meeting, again for us introverted. Its extremely different when you just hang out with people and choose. And ignoring people is actual work for people like me. Facebook is fine, nothing wrong there, its just the "you're not on Facebook?" that's really, no, REALLY annoying. Its definitely not for everyone. I have for the most part escaped the questions well and moved the conversations along, but it makes me wish I was ten years older sometimes.
