What is your favourite fast food?

I'm drunk from St. Patrick's Day and really craving some shitty fast food right now.

I'd have to say that my two favourites are Arby's and Subway. Veggie footlong from Subway and (even though I don't usually eat meat) a roast beef sandwich from Arby's with Arby's Sauce would really hit the spot right now. Throw in some cheese sticks and I'd be set.

1. In N' Out---2 cheeseburgers with grilled onions, 2 orders of fries.

1. In N' Out- Double Double with grilled onions.

2. Jack in the Box- 3 Egg Rolls/ Spicy Chicken Sandwich

3. McDonald's- Random Fries craving.

I figured In-N-Out would dominate this thread. I need to head out West again so that I can try it and see what the fuss is about.

Carl's Jr./Hardees is pretty damn good sometimes though.

Chips, rice and curry sauce 3-in-1 from the a random chinese takeout! Om nom nom. I dig subway too, but paying over £3 for a 6 inch meatball marinara is too much.

I love In N Out. I don't get it that frequently like some of my friends, but I enjoy every bite of the burger when I go and get some.

I also love Tacos México because their tacos and horchata are fucking delicious. A shame that there's no Tacos México in my city. I have to drive to two other cities if I want to go and get some.

When it's REALLY late at night when I'm coming home from hangin' out in the city, Jack in the Box is the place I always go to if I'm hungry since In N Out is closed at those late hours.

Burger: In-N-Out Double Double animal style
Fries: McDonalds
Coke: In-N-Out (their mix is noticeably better than everywhere else and everyone I know agrees with this)

Tommy's. Double cheeseburger with chili fries.

I don't even eat fast food anymore, but fuck. I can't ever cut out Tommy's.

I don't think you can get these in the US. You guys are missing out.

A Mexican Restaurant in High Point. SIt Down, but so fast it might as well be fast food.

Real good tacos and enchiladas.

KFC bucket with gravy. And spicy chicken wings.

The gravy is - all over my face - fuck awesome.

(So good infact that I've searched and found a recipe that tastes exactly the the same)

(Exactly)

Well, make with the linky!

1. Qdoba - Chicken ancho chile BBQ burrito
2. Anything In N Out - There isn't one in my state so when I'm in California I MUST go there at least once.
3. Bacon cheese 6 dollar burger from Carls Jr. - mmmmm heart attacky.

I've got no direct link now as it was a few weeks of searching and finding a document with it in, but in not like a secret sauce or anything.

Try this

Only take out the butter milk and have 400ml chicken stock and 200 to 300ml water.

I swapped the butter for sunflower oil (1.5 teaspoon) and first mixed that with 1 tablespoon of the flour and heated that right up until it goes dark brown (keep stirring it to stop it from burning). Then mix in the rest of the flour so it goes like a crumbly biscuit then add in the rest. You need a hand blender. Bring back to the boil and job done. You might need a bit more black pepper as KFC gravy is slightly spicy.

It takes about half hour to make, but Jesus, it tastes the same and won't clog your arteries.

Wahoo's. I miss Wahoo's. Stupid Illinois and their no Wahoo's.

Stupid Illinois and their no Chik-Fil-A.

As far as fast food that you can find all around the US, Jack n the Box easily. Egg Rolls, Tacos, Burgers, Fish, they have all of your ghetto fast food needs met and they are decent to boot.

Whataburger and Wendy's would be my second and third choices. For us Texans, Taco Cabana beats them all.

Anyone who says KFC, Arby's, Taco Bell, Sonic, McDonalds, or Burger King should just go ahead and eat their own shit out of the toilet for free. Actually go to a public bathroom and eat someone elses shit, because that would be closer to the actual experience. Be sure to flush a five dollar bill down the toilet when you are done.

My absolute favorite fast food is Long John Silver's fish and chicken platter thingy. With hush puppies and fries please.

Also, I'm a big fan of BK. A whopper and fries is a wonderful hangover cure.

Panera -- I won't feel guilty afterward.

Have you seen the nutritional information for most of Panera's sandwiches? It sort of shocked me when I saw it. At least it tastes awesome.

If you are on the east coast, go for Five Guys (although I am not sure how fast that is).

The Angus third-pounders in the US aren't dissimilar, aside from the bread.

They're actually decent fast food burgers -- and this is coming from someone who is anti-McD's. However, they do seem to vary from one restaurant to another:

I've actually gotten some that look more like the first one at the one in Penn Station.

The only fast food I'll tolerate eating is fried chicken; I've always had a soft spot for fast food chicken cutlets and fried chicken in general.

I'll also eat Subways or Quiznos every once in a while if nothing else is around.

If you are trying to be healthy, never ever trust anything that has mayo and cheese on it. Panera and places like that have stuff on their menus that easily rival some of the worst fast food out there in terms of nutrition.

Also, Five Guys is fastish food. Luckily, you can eat peanuts while you wait!

Do you really consider that fast food? Now you are opening things up to Chipotle and Pei Wei, Souper Salad, La Madeleine and Waffle House.

I only get half sandwiches and a tomato or veggie soup. Also, I stay away from the paninis.

Why not? I can order and get my sandwich in like, 3 minutes.

Taco Bell Cheesy Gordita Crunches. Jesus christ those things are amazing.

Protip: Even when they're not on the menu or being advertised, you can ask them to make them and they will!
