I have Altec speakers I bought for my laptop, specifically VS2121. They're alright, I got them because they're pretty cheap. Anyhow, just by being plugged in, they pick up radio signals, and it only gets worse once I plug them into my laptop. In fact, it's so bad that I only use them when I can really blast my music because at lower volumes the radio is just as loud as the music I'm trying to play.

Is there anyway to fix this or just make it more bearable?
