2007 or 2008.
Some of my favourite games came out. I basically just played games all summer long. Call of Duty 4 and Halo 3. Good times. Those were some of the best summers by far.

Transformers, the simpsons movie, spiderman 3, live free or die hard, bioshock, uncharted, assassins creed, mass effect, halo 3, call of duty 4, super mario galaxy, tomb raider anniversary, forza motorsport 2. Super paper mario, harry potter and the order of the pheonix (film), harry potter and the deathly hallows (book), portal, the orange box, tf2, pirates of the carribean at worlds end, Ratatouille, animated tmnt movie, knocked up.

You are likely being sarcastic, but 2020 actually wasn't bad for me on a personal level. Obviously the world situation was screwed-up, but I made a lot of growth as a person and it was like a blessing for an introvert like me. I basically got applauded for staying at home (which I already do!)

2020 was honestly better than majority of the 2010's for me, I had a lot of low points during those years, especially 2018-2019.

2000 was awesome.
But 2003 was probably the pinnacle of my years in existence. I turned 17 and could go to R rated movies by myself, and I remember there being a LOT of great movies that came out that year. Wrong Turn, Freddy vs. Jason, Bad Boys 2, Anger Management, Kill Bill Vol. 1, The Matrix Reloaded, The Matrix Revolutions, Texas Chainsaw Massacre (Remake), Jeepers Creepers 2, Hulk, 2 Fast 2 Furious, X2: X-Men United, and I'm sure I'm forgetting some too. But it was stacked. Then my favorite band, Linkin Park, came out with their highly anticipated follow up to Hybrid Theory, Meteora, in March of that year. There was a lot of dope rap that year like 50 Cent, Ludacris, etc. I came back to finish my senior year in High School after being on home school for a year. Man, it was just a crazy year and I loved it. Never gonna be another one like it to me.
