I recently graduated and I'm considering moving from Belgium to the UK since there are far more job opportunities there. Expected starting salary is £25k in the London area and £20k everywhere else. Company car or car allowance is one of the benefits.
How comfortably can you live with that salary? I don't need more than a 1 bedroom flat but I definitely want to live in a safe area. Also, how much of a benefit is a company car/car allowance really?
