Buggy Loop said:NAV 2k5 is pretty darn clean from what im looking at, have you seen it? On top of the interface i have 2 big buttons for live update and option, then lower i have "status" "scan for viruses" "reports", thats it. Status shows security scanning features, auto protect/worm protection/email scanning/full system scan's last date, and lower its the subscription service, expiration date and all that. Cant really be more streamlined than that.
The 2k4 version i had before though, i dont remember if it was NAV 2k4 or internet security but it was the very definition of annoying, tons of tabs, useless windows to open to get somewhere, popup messages constantly showing up (adblock's iirc) took forever to load up, etc.

I need to check this out hehe.Fatalah said:Installed the free, German antivirus program called "Antivir". Very neat and simple--seems to be light on resources too. I like it, although Panda and Kasp are getting alot of hype around em--free is free ya know?
Vintage Erotica Anno 1950
" Vintage porn. Gotta love it. What can be said? It's old porn culled from a library in France. Video is sketchy from bad sources and no sound. Well, you can have the sound of a projector if you want. This disc is available by itself or with a box set called Vintage Erotica Collection that includes this one along with Anno 1930 and Anno 1940. It's not Rebecca Lord, but it's still interesting.

If you're going to pay for an antivirus, this is the route to go. On the other hand, if you're a cheap bastard like me, just use AVG Free. :lolMacam said:Eset's NOD32 is the best, bar none:

They have a free 30-day trial version; it's $40 for an annual subscription for the first year and $23 or so from there on out. As they note on the site, Microsoft themselves have renewed their license for the 4th year in a row, they have a 100% ItW rating, and from my own personal use, they've been great. I've never landed a virus and I've been all over the Net.
