Erm, how much did you charge for shipping? Because freight is usually exorbitantly expensive.

Maybe try to find an old chair box from a furniture store that wouldn't mind getting rid of one. Cross out all of the advertisements with a black permanent marker and fill with packing peanuts. Probably 20 bucks or more postage, and then another 10 for handling charges.

Well, FYI a 4 wheeler frame costs about $150 to ship with the lowest tier through UPS.

Just as some kind of gauge for you. What kind of chairs? Lay-z-boys or just dining chairs?

Ideally I'd want some shipping company that'll come to my house and pick up as is with no box or anything.
