Ever since Vib Ripple, which was released May 27 last year, I haven't heard anything about a new project or similar. I checked out their official site and from what I understand they're doing something for the Sony robot dog Aibo...composing sounds perhaps?
But are there any indications of upcoming games from them at all? Anyone heard anything?

you know, nanaonsha's PS2 output has been immensely disappointing.

i guess they're over. i'd love to see them do a cool PSP game, though.

OK, sounds like he's straying from game development...kind of sad. :/ (and of course you should've talked to him! )
Hopefully NaNaOn-Sha will be back soon, with some fresh ideas turned into a good game. As ferricide mentioned, their PS2 output has been disappointing...but I'm still hopeful.
