As I always say.. the hotter, the better. As long as it still retains it's sweetness as well. The best chilli on earth is one that allows time to give you a sweet taste but then hits you with that nice hotness.

I was born, raised, and still live in North Carolina...and there's no way I can resist the chili of the Queen City. Skyline rules.

3-way means that there are 3 ingredients. The most popular 3 way would be spagetti, chilli, and shredded cheese.

I usually order a 4-way with chopped onions added in addition to what's in that 3 way.
