For me it is Hell on Earth 2006 from South park.

Between the Sweet 16 (which I despise) spoof and the 3 stooges spoof I think it made for a fantastic Halloween episode.

I remember really liking the Boy Meets World Halloween episode where they were running from a killer in the school and it ended up being Sean and he was dreaming or something like that. I remember that whole season being pretty screwed up for Sean.

It has some of the best segments of all the Treehouse of Horror episodes and it has my all time favorite opening with the World Series skit. "There's some players wives chatting on their cell phones. No doubt complaining about the good life."
