So I find out last week that Disney has a late night 2-hour block of the 90's Spiderman/X-Men. How freaking awesome I thought. The Batman set kicks ass, and I'm getting the Superman DVD next year. What about these two? The only DVD's I saw were for Spiderman and they were like 3-5 random episodes on one disk.

If the 60's Spiderman got a set, these HAVE to be on the way some day.

And as long as they're doing that they can thow out

Gargoyles
Tiny Toons
Animaniacs
Reboot
Beast Wars
EXO-Squad(though I only have a very FAINT memory of wtf this was about).
Eek and The Incredible Thunderlizards.

Ya I would buy the early 90s Xmen Cartoon in a second! Wish they would hurry up and release it already.

Another bid for releasing X-men on dvd. That's a must buy imo. And holy shit! Batman's second volume is being released in 2 days??! No lunch for a week for me *starts ripping up couch cushions*

Nah, it's out January 25, along with Superman Volume 1. Both will be mine.

Tomorrow.

*shrieks in delight* :D

I watched every single episode of Gargoyles back in the 4th grade -- I feel like I've been waiting forever for this.

Pwnage.

One of the best opening songs I've ever heard.

Did anyone else here enjoy Mighty Max, or was that only me? haha.

I loved Mighty Max. His hat had to be the one of the most original super hero tools ever.

Ah, Memories :) .

Mighty Max was an AWESOME AWESOME cartoon. The only thing that saddened me was the ending they gave it. Basically what happened is
Max is constantly being chased by these unkillable zombies and the main evil guy gets his hat and everything is nearly lost when the time travel device the bad guy was working on gets in Max's hands and he basically 'resets' everything to right when he received the hat in the mail. So there was no end it just then set about looping back to the 1st episode.

Yeah, that was pretty lame.

I actually emailed a guy who put all the episodes into a DVD collection (really nice looking collection, too) and sells them online for about 40 bucks. He said the quality is about 7 or 8 out of 10... video looks as good as it did on TV, and the sound is the same, too, which is to say only average. Not too bad, but I'm still holding my breath that they'll officially release that stuff on DVD.
