Remember when Loveline was on MTV?

I remember one episode where a kid in his late teens who came out of the closet called in. He told his parents, and his mom and dad tried to get him to go to a campground with some girl and actually told him to go ahead and bang her. That just struck me as being hilarious. When are your parents ever going to say "oh go ahead, have sex with random girls!"

And then some other guy called in and said every time he had anal with his gf, poo would get all over his penis. LMAO! Dr. Drew was really smart, but Adam always said random stuff that took up all of the airtime!

I actually met Adam Carolla, king of kings, god among gods, and a LoveLine live event at Stanford. Got to go onstage, meet the man, and had a short conversation after. One of the greatest moments in my life, haha.

As for downloading the episode, I used to know of a FTP site, I'm gonna dig through and maybe host the file on my server once I get it...

Adam Carolla is seriously a comedic genius and he's at his best on Loveline where he's relaxed and is so insanely funny without ever trying hard. For real, look at Bill Simmons praise of Adam Carolla, and Bill Simmons is a guy I consider a genius himself. Anyway, Loveline on the radio is seriously awesome. Way more entertaining than the tv show was. Its on longer, new shows every weekday, and they never cease to crack me up. Screw Ricky Rachman!

Loveline's been on the air for nearly 20 years and most of you guys are too young to remember when it was originally on KROQ and hosted by the Poorman and Dr Drew...LOOOONG before Adam even stepped foot in the KROQ studios.

I grew up listening to LL...started when I was around 16 or so. It was waay better and more raunchier back in the day. The quality of guests were much better as well. I mean, they've had freakin DeNiro on the show for kreissake!

FHUTA is old. Poorman used that line all the time to suggest to guys having girl problems. Ever since the Poorman left I started losing interest drastically. Adam Came on the scene and just ruined the show. The guy's a fucking tool! He's so unfunny and stale it's ridiculous. And then when the show blew up and moved to television on MTV that was it for me. I was done. Haven't watched or listened to it since...some 10 odd years ago.

Adam's inventions and business proposals is what sold me. I caught the show late, like in 1998 on a ride back from Las Vegas. As we cruised up highway 5, we were able to catch LoveLine in the rental car, and my best friend was astounded that I had never heard the show. This was all pre-Man Show, so he wasn't even in my radar. Anyway, Carolla's rants on the $800,000 club, Shame-On, strip club attire, and vocal stylings of the Taboo II Theme Song > *. And the fact that he's a millionaire, LITERALLY a millionaire.

I said the show has sucked since he got fired, not that he was all that great. Rachman and Corolla would completely take over the show and douchebaggery would ensue. With just Corolla around Dr. Drew actually has a chance to talk.
