www.gamemusic.com usually has it. I have purchased many CDs from them before and they are prompt and reliable.

I think you're supposed to use "dost" instead of "do" if you're aiming for faux Olde English. Maybe something like "whereto" instead of "where" too

Make sure the Gamemusic version has Konami printed on it. They've been known to sell bootlegs for old, hard to find soundtracks, at least earlier.

Unless the shipping is a killer, go for CDJapan, they rock.
