Havoc does much more than ragdoll physics and featuring ragdoll physics doesn't imply that you are using Havoc...

That said, I can't recall exactly which games feature their technology (outside of Max Payne 2). I believe Half-Life 2 was based on Havoc's work, but I'm not sure just how much it was modified...
