I just got hired, and I'm a tad nervous. Granted, I'm a great worker and I've held many jobs in the past, but this one is looking to be a true test of my character.

I'm a loader, and I was wondering if anyone can give me any advice as to how to approach this job with a confident and positive attitude? They all seem like a bunch of hard-asses. =/
