Who is done with holiday shopping?

Same here. I usually don't get a good sense for what I'm getting people until maybe two weeks before. Last year I did my shopping early, and in fact, two of the items I got for people they had bought between when I bought it and Christmas...bummer. There's always at least one item I've bought for someone that results in me trying to keep them away from said item until I've given it to them. "No, don't buy that book you want.....I heard that it's not good!"
