You mean that movie that shouldn't even be mentioned? I agree. That was an abomination; the Bat-nerds call it "CINO"...Catwoman in Name Only".

It also screwed up things so that we probably won't see a real Catwoman in a bat film until 2009 or so.

Kate Hudson wouldn't be a bad choice either (she looks pretty similiar to Rohm)...

And Ashley Judd should get some consideration as well...since she'd actually have a decent script this time, I imagine she'd give some consideration of her own if approached.
