Ever since I upgraded to XP, my torrent downloads haven't been running well. The audio is fine, but the video runs very slow and choppy. I've tried reinstalling my divx codec, and even WMP, but it's still giving me issues. Any suggestions?

Try using the classic media player..
start menu > run > mplayer2

Though I'd still like to know why WMP suddenly can't play them right after I upgraded.

More than happy to spread the love. Glad it's working for everyone. I had some torrents run really strangely or without sound or not at all with WMP and I have no idea why. Someone else recommended VLC and I've been using it since.

Can you play files in VLC like zoom player where you can resize the video screen on a full screen black background?

I can resize that image all the way to the entire screen, but the background is black and covers everything like the desktop and taskbar.
