At least not here in The Netherlands! Some friends brought a few bottles over tonight and we went ahead and watched Star Trek on Blu Ray while blazed, they never saw it stupidly enough because they are the type of stupid dude's who think Star Trek sucks.

So anyway obviously this topic is really about vanilla coke and the fact that they had to buy it somewhere in Germany or something? The fuck is up with that? Why does this stuff not get sold everywhere? It's the best type of Coca cola!

I agree- I also love cherry vanilla-

You could go with extract and mix your own-- might as well add some rum too...

Its terrible

After the first sip, yeah, it's pretty much normal Coke. :/ But that first sip, glorious. Wish it was like that all the way through the bottle, I'd buy Coke over other brands if that was the case.

In November 2005, after slumping sales, The Coca-Cola Company announced that Vanilla Coke would be discontinued in North America and Great Britain by the end of the year.[2]

In January 2006 Coca-Cola launched Black Cherry Vanilla Coke and Diet Black Cherry Vanilla Coke, a fusion of Cola, Black Cherry and Vanilla Flavors.

In 2007 Coca-Cola Vanilla was re-introduced in the U.S. with new packaging and with several new variants.
Maybe Europe didn't get the 2007 re-launch. U-S-A! U-S-A!

I like Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper.

It's a terrible substitute for the real thing. Just do what I do, add a bit a actual pure vanilla extract. Sooooooooo much better.

Problem solved!

Ah, beaten.

After they discontinued it it just doesn't seem to taste the same :(

That being said however in a perfect world it would be the ONLY coke. I actually still have the last can I ever drank from before they changed the artwork. Loved that stuff.

Never drank vanilla coke. Sounds repulsive.

That's what I wanna know man... I LOOOOOVED Vanilla Coke, can't find it anywhere on west coast of Canada unless a local supplier imports it from maybe the U.S.

I saw some at Fry's Electronics of all places.

Also, old-timey burger restaurants like Johnny Rockets adds flavor shots to sodas by request.

Lastly, a 7-11 I went to had a new kind of soda dispenser that lets you add flavor shots (vanilla, cherry, lemon, and I think chocolate.)

If you're desperate, I don't know, buy some vanilla extract? Vanilla coke isn't that great anyway.

Screw that, where's my Coca-Cola Lime?

There are a lot of places that carry vanilla here in Sweden. Never seen the Zero version though...

You guys get Coke with real sugar, we get HFCS, stop your bitching (unless that's changed and then I just feel sorry for you).

So glad I live in a part of the US where Pepsi Throwback never went away.

Really miss the Coke I had when I was stationed in Japan, I paid extra to get the Japanese coke out of a vending machine at work because it was better (even had one of my Japanese co-workers ask me why)

And yes, I love Vanilla Coke.

My favourite of all the coke products. If anyone's in upstate New York or familiar with the chain of supermarkets called Wegmans they sell them there in twelve packs. Heaven.

Though, I did always like pepsi vanilla more. But I think they've completely stopped producing it. Hmph.

Those candy stores they have in big cities and malls usually carry pop imported from the US. That's the only place I can get my Cherry Coke.

Be cautioned, though: US Coke tastes inferior to Canadian Coke. You have to decide if the vanilla flavour is worth it.

Here in Italy we have just standard coke, light, zero, without caffeine and... stop. We also miss starbucks or alot of flavors of Pringles just for examples, that sucks.

well...the movie is pretty shitty...even Nemesis > Star Trek 2009...

I absolutely loved vanilla Coke when it first came out but after a while I just got sick of it. I can't even drink the stuff now. Tastes nasty to me.

How come I had to move to Georgia to buy Peach Fanta?

Be grateful. It tastes like chemical piss. I have no idea how that trash garnered such popularity. It's awful.

Practically every variant of Coke tastes terrible. Diet, caffeine-free, and don't get me started on Coke Zero. If you can't taste the difference between Coke Zero and ordinary Coke, your taste buds are broken.

Cherry was the only variant that was mildly acceptable.
