Win10 is unaffected, and performance is similar.

Going from Win10 22H2 to Win24H2 will bring some improvements. Just not as big as going from 23H2 to 24H2.

That's what happens when you use temp contractors instead of long term full time employees, no one wants to touch legacy code that other people wrote a decade ago and aren't around anymore.
