Windows 23H2 vs 24H2 - Intel and AMD performance gains

Intel CPUs also see significant gains with Windows 24H2, so it will be worth upgrading when it releases.
But AMD CPUs are gaining more performance, so the performance difference between the 9700X and 14700K has reduced to just 3%
What hasn't changed is power usage. And that means that Intel CPUs are still power hogs.

To say that the Windows team are a bunch of screw ups, would be the understatement of the century.
These idiots are so busy adding more bloatware and crapware onto Windows, they forget to fix the new bugs they create.

True. At least AMD/HU made this bug public so they were forced to fix this shit.

That's what happens when you use temp contractors instead of long term full time employees, no one wants to touch legacy code that other people wrote a decade ago and aren't around anymore.
