Witcher 3 Patch 1.03 released for PS4, embiggening the cursed loot text

Witcher 3 PS4 Patch 1.03:

Corrects a bug where the player was able to shoot bolts at friendly NPCs.
Corrects an issue related to Stamina regeneration while sprinting.
Corrects a bug that could cause spontaneous combustion of gas clouds.
Reduces spawn times for certain groups of NPCs.
Blood particles will now properly appear on water surfaces after foes are killed.
Corrects a visual effect in the Wandering in the Dark quest.
Improves foliage behavior in scenes.
Reduces foliage shadow popping.
"Melltith" sword is visible again.
Fixes some minor graphics bugs in gwent.
Corrects some missing translations in localized versions.
Improves performance, especially in cutscenes and during gameplay.
Introduces a number of minor improvements in SFX.
Fixes an issue that could have caused an infinite loading screen in certain circumstances in Wandering in the Dark quest.
Corrects an issue in the dialogue system that might have caused rare instances of dialogue looping in certain scenes.
Improves stability in gameplay and the UI, especially during games of gwent.
Upgrading items included in gear sets no longer destroys rune sockets on said items.
Fixes an occasional bug in the Journal in the Fake Papers quest.
Enlarges the loot pop-up window in the UI.

The update should be available now in the following countries:

Did PC get "Enlarges the loot pop-up window in the UI" feature? Last time I played it I had v1.03 and that text was very small.

On my Xbox it still shows 1.01. wtf? So there are two PS4 patches out before Xbox One?

Is microsoft taking this long?

There was a debate going on in the other thread about this patch in regards to some people seeing camera stutter, while others cannot. I am in the "cannot see it" camp, so I recorded a video just now on PS4 version that shows smooth camera panning. I watched videos other people posted and can clearly see the stuttering going on. What do you guys think, is this stutter free?

From my experience, the stuttering only happens when you pan the camera slowly (like when you're admiring the scenery or whatever). You're turning the camera pretty fast here so I'm not surprised that you aren't noticing it. The fact it doesn't happen when moving the camera quicker makes this even more strange.

This is true.
Patch notes is kinda messed up because they're different depending on the region and systems. PC version in the other hand, went straight from 1.00 to 1.02, then 1.03 and 1.04.

Not sure if placebo, but game looks a bit better after this update? Have they done something to the IQ? Maybe I'm going crazy...

So the text size increase is only for loot text? WTF pretty much all the rest of the text in the game is too small to read as well. Why fix only the loot text and leave the other text tiny? I have to stand up from my couch and walk up to my tv in order to read books in my inventory. Ugh.

It looked better to me as well. I'm just guessing, but I think it could be down to foliage shadows. I checked some of my screens, and unless I'm going crazy, I believe they may have increased the foliage shadow LOD.
