Pennsylvania woman faces charges after cashier accepted bill with the president's picture on it.
Although there is no $200 bill in circulation, never mind one with George Bush's picture on it, the cashier at the Fashion Bug in Hempfield Township, Pa., accepted the bill for some clothes and handed the woman about $100 in change, the paper reported.

Welcome to, Jesus how old is this?

Edit: Wait, the first time this happened at a Walmart. Someone tried this again?

Yeah this is something new, that is to say, a new dumbass...

They'd have much better chances of escaping with the crime if they used raised bills. Get a couple of twenties, cut 1 or 2 of the appropriate corners off of each of them, paste them onto the corners of a $1, hope they can spend and get away with it. Then turn in the damaged $20's for fresh new $20's at a bank, or spend them at a store that doesn't care about a couple of corners ripped off the bill. Very petty, but a couple of stores got slammed by them in my area.

All that sophisticated protection, and it gets beaten by a careless cashier and a pair of scissors and glue. Reminds me of the shift bypass/felt tip marker on CD's of late.

When the "New NEW Twenties!" came out that is all we got out of the ATM that day, my Girlfriend and I had to bassically haggle with the cashier at the gas station for over 5 minutes to get her to accept the bill.

If I was going to make a dope ass fake bill I would have mad it look real... or would I? ;)
