Chewie has got to be one of the most loved of all SW characters (Aside from Ewoks). People see him anywhere and they just smile.

To SW fans, yes. (I personally can't stand them.) But the general public who are not avid SW fans (IE they 'hate' the prequels but 'love' the OT), they think Ewoks are adorable and "awww" when they see them.

Oh come on! All the ones who complain are just denying the love. We've all felt like there was no evil in the world when we first heard Yub Nub, so just face it, everyone loves them. <3

Chewie is such a sweet character, except I wouuld have combed his hair a lot more and given him a perm maybe. Add some sheen to his hair so it's wavy. That's my Chewie.
