The Update of Popopop:

My character - Jravis.

Level 31 Tauren Shaman.

Present Server: Gilneas

Present Guild: GAF GUILD

Present Location: Thousand Needles. Killing Wyverns and collecting eggs.

Present Goals: Amass 90g for mount. Amass cash for spells. I'm sooo backlogged. I haven't even gotten all my level 26 spells yet. I think I'm gonna just lead lowbies through Ragefire on GAF guild recruiting/money drives...

Thoughts on Game: It's still kicking ass. Every time I log on, I have some fun, barring connection problems steming from my end. Doing quests is also still a blast, despite the fact that the formula for them is repetitive. It seems there are only 4 types of quests in the game:

1. Rescue someone
2. Find shit
3. Kill shit
4. Find & kill shit.

level 12 human mage. i dont even remember the server something that starts with ayzerus i think.

mage is pretty cool but i hate being extremely weak, i die a lot. i play with a friend a lot of the time but im looking for a character that can solo good and be a good asset to a group...any suggestions?

also, what is your gays average latency? im getting an average in the 100's, low 200's and im wondering if i picked a bad server.

Our server latency is pretty good, I'm usually green, unless I'm at school, in which case I'm leeching the neighbor's wireless. Server pop in Horde zones is really low so that is a large contributer to the lack of lag.

Astonishingly enough (considering the GAF gay phenomena), GAF guild doesn't have a lot of gay players in the guild. We are composed of a lot of guys though .

This is my first MMORPG and it's been interesting to say the very least. There is no real story which is what keeps me going in most RPGs, and there isn't much variety, and yet I still can't stop playing. It's not the drive to more power that keeps me coming either, I find that the game's persistence and "real world" quality is what does it for me. I easily see myself playing this within a year or two just to impress (and help) the lowbies with my epic gear and powers. Plus, the combat is fun, especially as a mage since one mistake = death most of the time. It's exhilarating.

Logged in over 320 hours so far. By far the most time I've ever spent with any game ever. Post level 40 has been nothing short of awesome. I'm now pretty damn effective at pvp. I have a mount with a "carrot on a stick" and spurs so I have no trouble getting away or catching up to most players in game. My guild kicks ass. I've made a ton of great friends. Instances are more fun in the high end game. Exploring is much more fun (with mount). All in all I have to say I love it. Can't wait for battlegrounds! GO BLIZZARD! WOO!

Current Goals: To figure out what the fuck I'm doing. This is my first MMO besides a couple hours in the EQ2 beta, and I'm pretty clueless. I'm trying to find an appropriate time to drop my current pet and upgrade to something cooler, but nothing has caught my eye yet. Otherwise, I'm just doing bitch quests, hopefully just to get me up to a level where I can do the "real" quests. There are REAL quests, right? I'd also like to level up enough that I can group with some of the players in the GAF guild, but that may be wishful thinking.

Thoughts on Game: Still kickass even though I'm now doing pretty much exactly what I did back in April last year at this level.

After DAoC, SWG, CoH and FFXI, this is easily the best MMO I've played. Everyone that plays MMOs seems to bump around from game to game till they find one they like, and I think I'll be sticking with this one for a while.

My only real complaint is the same one most others have, and that's lag.
