I didn't even know this game was still in the works. Was it at E3? Microsoft is publishing it in Japan, comes out August 4. Japanese title is DOUBLE S.T.E.A.L. THE SECOND CLASH. 5,800 yen.

Is Masaki Kawase still working on this? This guy rocks but I'd like him to be working on a next gen engine.

It says Bunkasha is developing it. Dunno if they cleaned house since the last time or what, but it's the same developer at least.

They should have pushed the project onto Xbox 360. I bet they could have made some pretty impressive (graphically at least) stuff.. The original Wreckless wasn't really worth more than a rental. Pretty and kinda fun, but it didn't have much lasting value for me..

Word on the streets is that the Masaki Kawase is still in games, so you should see some nice graphics coming from Japan this next gen. I don't know what happened to the rest of the team. They might still be at Bunkasha Games, or they might have moved on. The team was thin to begin with and just got thinner over time.

Nice, Masa is one of the pioneers in realtime HDR stuff. I can't wait to see what he can do with great hardware like 360 or PS3.
