Just a reminder. Anyone else plan on watching this? I’ll be watching it tonight as I actually enjoyed Wonder Woman (prob the only recent DC film worth watching)
So edgy!!!They should pay people to watch it.
Doesn’t it take place in the 80s? So the entire movie would be a reference?Someone do an 80s reference tally for me please.
It's a good movie. You'll enjoy it. A bit long in the first half is my major caveat. They should pay people to watch it.
Bad take indeed.Hard pass. First film was annoyingly bad and the trailers I saw for this one shows me nothing to make me think this isn’t following suit. Which is sad as the girl playing WW is horribly attractive. But hey if this is your ship, have a nice voyage!
Im half way through and like nothing is happening... I dont get it? Who the hell made this? And why?
Some people need Michael Bay level action to enjoy a moviePlenty happens. It's a good, eventful movie. To say that nothing happens in it is bollocks.
Jesus, that was fucking awful. No wonder they didn't want to release it.
It was the most basic premise I have seen in one of these movies and SO predictable. literal 3/10 movie.Plenty happens. It's a good, eventful movie. To say that nothing happens in it is bollocks.
I don't get what's so awful about it. It's cheesy and hokey, but those qualities are presented in a tasteful and appropriate way. It's got cool, light-hearted action as well as intense and suspenseful action. Also, it has an aesthetic that makes it actually look as if it were shot in the 1980s, which is also cool. Finally, Pedro Pascal and Kristen Wiig are terrific in their roles; they both do a good job of conveying persistence and desperation. I enjoyed this movie and will watch it again.

Wonder Woman saving two Arab children is going to go over real well with the crowd who like to claim Gal Gadot is a baby killer.
Thoroughly mediocre movie. But still fun.
+ Bruce Almighty as a bad guy is actually a cool concept.
+ Kristen Wiig is fucking spicy for 47. Hot mama. That workout scene my goodness.
+ Chris Pine as wholesome as ever. He makes even the most mediocre of movies better.
Otherwise its skippable. Not horrible. Just...ok.
It‘s basically Superman II.
Felt more like the Thor 2 Dark World of the DC verse to me haha its that one in the future everyone will acknowledge as canon and still watch but is generally regarded as lesser.
