I 'm curious how many downloads and purchases these games are getting, particularly the more expensive ones.

We really have no accurate way of telling.
Guest Accounts can get ranked, so we can't tell by the rankings..

The only way to tell would be by the developers telling us

The only info we really know is from the Peter Moore pre CES interview available at Major Nelson. He mentioned how Live Arcade sales have been good. No numbers though.
