--Microsoft would have to come out with several high-profile must-buy exclusives for the Xbox One. I'm talking shit on the same level as when Halo first came out, or at least a few games that are as good as Scalebound BloodBorne are probably going to be. Microsoft would probably have to trolley out a first party lineup on par with what we're seeing right now from Nintendo on the Wiii U and 3DS. That probably means like half a dozen new IPs.
--They would have to make Xbox Live, as a service, truly reach the next level. I mean seriously make it competitive with Steam: good prices, more social features, more multiplayer features that are the same or better than what I can get on PC.
