That's honestly pretty hilarious. Should have a little hole on the front so you can insert the Fire Stick. Sell that shit for Christmas with a red fire stick included.

P.S. Fingers crossed we get a GP drop with Deadpool (2013) and Wolverine Origins now.

It's a giveaway which means the entire thing is a promotional idea like the Oreo Xbox. I don't think that was supposed to "hype" anyone either but it's telling this is the stuff they come up with to promote the brand. The cheapest stunts possible to try to seem "cool" or "hip" or "chic" to make up for failing everywhere else.

But they could make a bank on these controllers. Why can't they produce more of them? So many cool limited design controllers...

I remember a time when Xbox used to have awesome special edition consoles to purchase. The only one we have gotten so far was the Halo one.
 
didn't see the movie but i saw the ass shots in the commercial which led me to believe the movie was about some old of homo erotic tension between dead pool and wolverine. not really my thing
 
Can't believe the only collector edition we ever had for Xbox Series is the initial Halo one. Where are the Mandalorian ones ? They looked so cool.

See that looks cool, but what I want from this industry is the actual Mandalorian game. Without it, it's like WTF is this doing here?

We've gone from game tie-ins to novelty tie-ins. No game to tie-in for the movie? Make a butt controller, just as good.
 
I imagine this controller is probably uncomfortable to hold in the long term. Mentally and physically. I can see why it isn't going into mass production. Different case story than having paddles. At least with paddles or buttons your fingers have a reason to stretch.
Strictly a collectors item. Display it or leave in it the box.
