I should know by Wednesday. There's a thread explained over at SRK that Play Asia is wrong about W-Code saying that it is not region free and only allows for language selection according your Xbox setting.

Oh snap... this could bite Play Asia in the face if they're info's wrong. A lot of Americans are probably importing because of the U.S. version delay. It's also not like Capcom to make international games. =/

$20 extra for Xbox Live (which I don't use)...but I also get better load times. Hmm

Just got my copy at work and.......Confirmed. It DOES work on US Xboxes. Dunno about Live yet. I'll try it when I get home.
