Kiwami over Zero, which is the first chronological game in Yakuza, and the one that finally made the series decently popular in the West?

Why Kiwami and not Zero? I get that Kiwami is technically Yakuza 1 but why not … start at the beginning of the story?

I'm sure the other games are coming but it just seems like a weird place. The series is best experienced in chronological order.

I'm not sure Switch can handle the Kiwami 2 iteration of the Dragon Engine.

Kiwami over 0 is a weird choice. Still a great game, but really flawed gameplay wise in ways 0 isn't.

I think a Yakuza 0/Kiwami/Kiwami 2 collection during the Switch 2 launch window would have put up really nice numbers. A standalone Kiwami with no apparent new content coming out in the Switch's midnight hour is just going to reinforce the false perception that Yakuza isn't a fit for the Nintendo audience.

Yea I went from Zero to Kiwami and it made Kiwami 10x better because of that.
