Years long TV and external audio issues making me go crazy

Jesus Christ help me! My English isn't good enough to pin point the problem and i'm THIS FUCKING CLOSE asking LG tech support for... well support.

I've got a LG tv to which i got a external (LG) surround speakers connected and i get audio cut offs all the time.

Imagine never hearing the Netflix complete "du dum" chime. Or when Link opens a treasure chest it plays only the last notes of the jingle. Or exiting an in game menu, start moving your character and the first few steps are silent. It's like it's buffering the sounds one by one. If there's silence it will start up again with a delay.

I don't know what the problem is, but this shit is with me since i bought my last LG tv and used a Sony soundbar on it. THE SAME FUCKING PROBLEMS FOR 10 GOD DAMN YEARS.

I can't take it anymore. I've used optical and ARC. I've plugged the optical from my PS4 to the sound system and then hdmi out the sound to the tv. I plugged the sound system by optical to the tv. Nothing fucking works!

Help me GAF, you're my only hope.

Edit: for a better example (and what made me rage right now)
I am playing Silent Hill 1. Started at the cafe. The moment i press start to pause and leave it for a few seconds i turn it off the game needs a few seconds to start playing audio. If it start to pause and immediately turn the pause off the game still plays sounds (footsteps).
It's like it needs to "restart" the audio.

Have you allready tried multiple different cables?

Had this issue with a Samsung soundbar, tried a few different cables, one, just worked. HDMI though, never had optical nor ARC perform well on the Ps4 with LG or Samsung, HDMI works better. It's like the HDMI handshake fails if you use ARC/Optical out towards them onwards to a HDMI connection, so I just skip those and just use HDMI all the way. :\

Would that be possible? That such a thing would happen literally all the time on the same occasions? It's not random. I thought audio playback issues would be random if a cable is damaged.

It sounds like it takes it a bit to wake up/kick in from when an audio signal is detected. Like it isn't detecting any signal when it is quiet for X seconds so it shuts off/goes into power save mode or whatever, then takes a few seconds to wake back up when the noise picks up.
Try to see if there is something in the settings any where that can be played with for the sound bar or something, if not try a different cable.
I don't know much about audio, so I can't really suggest anything specific, but whenever you are troubleshooting something, go through the process of elimination via what is easiest first.

I just think that most wireless speakers suck.

Unless it is Sony or Sonos I don’t think I’d try the. From what I’ve heard in reviews.

You may have interference on those frequencies.

Edit guess it isn’t clear they are wired or wireless.

What is the setup?

Pretty sure I've had this proplem before on cheap bluetooth headphones, so I know how frustrating it can be.

What is the model name of the TV? I could look around the web to see if others have the same problem.

I got that on my cheap Bluetooth speaker. My cars speakers broke down so I had to rely on that. Every time Google maps was asking me to take a turn, I only heard the last word. It just takes a few seconds to wake up again from standby. Maybe there’s an energy saving option that you got activated, OP?

Anyway, the connection of LG TVs suck. My LG has the worst connectivity of all of my devices.

Can't make a longer post cause i got a sick kid at home today.

It's wired
I might check the sound settings if there is any energy saving (tv and home theather) but i don't think so.

Will be back later.
Thanks for the replies guys!
