In b4 the joker.

As much as I loved the Joker, went to see Dark Knight a couple times, own the Blu-Ray. I still feel Agent Smith put on a better performance.

First time I've ever heard someone refer to Tyler as villain. Anyway usual suspects;

T-1000 (Terminator 2)

Hannibal (Silence of the Lambs)

I know it is reaching. But I just skimmed through the dvd's that I've got lying at eye sight and he was the only one that I liked.

Too bad they killed of the coolest character in the first three movies so suddenly. That badass mofo could've carried the entire series had they let him.

But he had like one line the entire film...

Javier Bardem in No Country for Old Men
Steve Buscemi in Fargo (not as villainous, but I love his performance)
Hugo Weaving in The Matrix (I shat bricks when somebody posted the video comparing him to Carl Sagan)
Heath Ledger in The Dark Knight (The Joker is awesome, and it's not just my fanboyism getting in the way)

There was another one, but it slipped my mind.

I always thought that Alan Rickman played a great Sheriff of Nottingham in the movie Robin Hood:Prince of Thieves. The man who played Guy of Gisbourn was pretty good too..

You must have him confused with someone who doesn't have a double bladed lightsaber.
Maul was a punk. You wanna talk about a badass villain with a double-bladed lightsaber check out Exar Kun. Not from a movie but still, he at least had character development. That alone makes him a better villain than Maul.

He killed Liam Neeson. That is no small feat.
And with a luminating double ended di... Still, he was one of the most disappointing villains, at least after all the hype for him.

Anyways, my favourite would be El Indio:

If we are going to talk about possible great Star Wars villains who get killed off immediately, there's only one right answer:

I never saw them but wasn't he like an immense asshole in the animated series?

Hans Gruber.

Jafar.

The Shredder.

Kaiser Soze.

The Penguin (kind of in a very different way).

Darth Maul is a damn pussy. What kind of fucking Sith Lord uses the Dark Side to become the ultimate fighting champion? The meanness of his ambition makes him a damn lame-ass.

Oh, and to put in for myself and anyone else who was a similarly inclined 5 year old girl in the eighties, there's a lot to love about Miss Hannigan.

Edit: FUCK YES Mr. Glass!

I approve of these mentions.
Want to add Ernst Stavro Blofeld:
