Trying to quit though I know its not good for my lungs and is more of a negative than a positive.
Been off it for a while now. Guess living nowhere near a coffeeshop helps

I really had to adjust for a while, especially with gaming and watching movies or series. Everything just felt kind of boring and dull at first.

3 good deep breaths.

In through the nose and out the mouth.

It's free and weirdly liberating.
seriously. a good deep breath is fucking great. recently i thought i was dying while having a severe panic attack and couldn't move all weekend. the paramedic told me to do "box breathing". i had heard of it before but thought oh it's just deep breaths it's not going to help me with a bloody panic attack.

do it every night now and it puts me in a really relaxed state. my breathing isn't too great so can't always do as long as i need but still it has helped me a lot the last couple months. at times i found myself using lots of painkillers to relax/sleep but deep breaths is helping me break that. i know it sounds silly.

One thing that I have always hated is baths because I feel like I am stewing in my own filth. However, I have learned after going through the last few weeks, a warm, shallow 10-minute bath can be relaxing. I have started taking one in the afternoon if I am feeling stressed or sore and will continue.

Solitude. Just leave me the fuck alone and I'm good.
I appreciate people that want to reach out and support, but I do internalize things and focus on myself when I am trying to get well. If it is something mental, I definitely just keep myself moving forward. My philosophy has always been I push through to the other side because that is my only option. I know that does not work for everyone, but it has served me well through several hardships.

Sativa helped me with my ADHD problems. But after a month or three it becomes more important than the air that I breathed. It is also expensive. I smoked 6-7 joints in a day.

Same. Gym and wine.
Add weed in there and that's me.

My honest answer, though, for when life gets too heavy and something's gotta give, is to take a day trip somewhere and just walk and think. You'd be amazed what just walking up a big hill with your dogs and checking out the water and just thinking for a bit can do for a mind in need.

Also, weed. Bring the weed on the walk. Kind of a crucial part.

Whoa! That's a crazy amount of weed lol, Jesus dude. That'd beat up your lungs pretty bad, I don't ever go over two in a day and I still end up hackin shit up and coughing just a bit. Sativa is my go to as well, but I'm more of a one to two a day fella, and more than one is very rare.

I don't do it for recreational purposes. It's for my head.

My previous bosses confronted me about it and I responded with, well, I'm the best best employee that you have, right? Straight up did not fire me.

Believe me, I wish I was a one two day fella such as yourself. It would have saved me a lot of money, haha.

Exercise. It takes some willpower to get off my ass and do it so i end up only exercising 2 or 3 days/week, but every time i do it i feel great afterwards.
