Mine did!
I opened the tray and nothing was there!

I've had my xbox for 4 months, so there was no point in sending it in so I opened it up and managed to get my game out.
However, now when I was playing Sudeki it was clicking while it was playing and stuttering

I ordered one of those modifed xbox dvd drives from ebay.

Anybody else have or have heard of this problem?
On the bright side, I was looking for a reason to upgrade it

well it hapenned to me once, but with the old tray load SegaCD. those things tend to happen when the top of the disc around the hole is sticky, or has a label around it's center wich can help wedge the disc on the top spindle...

My Xbox ate a copy of Morrowind once. It was a used copy and had a sticker on it so I think the disc alignment got out of whack. The tray opened but the disc was still inside, stuck to the top. I had to use a pair of tweezers to pry the disc out. I was really pissed and thought that my Xbox would be ruined. Funny thing is, it hasn't had a problem since.
