So many great movies to download there it's sick.

I haven't tested if it's available to non-pal PSPs or whatever but with the pal release a ton of movies have been set loose for download there.

YourPSP

Media frenzy for example is a really cool Euro PSP commercial I haven't seen before but shows why Sonys marketing rocks. Weird but very cool.

You will have to registrate your PSP to get full access to this site. Pull out your battery and write down the serial number and model number on your PSP.

You can register the US and JP PSPs there easily. Just go to the UK section on the site, type in the actual Serail number from your PSP, and select PSP-1003 as a model (even though your US / JP PSP is not 1003) Enter purchase date as today, and that's it.

I can't find that commercial, though, adn there's maybe only 5-6 videos to download in the video section?

I mistook all for being videos but alot of fun content nonetheless. Free music, videos, images...etc.

Im using the Norwegian version of the site atm but the icon for the Media Frenzy video has a blue and red figure on it.

PS! For the Pal version of WipEout it seems that all the gamma packs are not divided into 1, 2, 3..etc but are just one big fatter package easily named Gamma pack.

I want to enter the site but where the hell is United States?

Edit:

Oops. Just realized it's European only.

Seems a little odd to have five downloadable maps for Fired Up on day one of its release...if they were ready, why not just include them on the disc?

That's an European site only. You can easily trick it into registering with JP or US PSP as I've described above.

Probably they also put stuff like that to promote the site itself.

Probably just to make people buy bigger memory sticks from the go.

PS! Choose UK(and prob 1003 model) if you live in the US.

Today is launch day and I can't afford one :( Any "Every 10 minutes win a Sony PSP" for Europeans? :lol

Ha, it's true. Norvegian section has some more videos than the UK section. The very nicely done european PSP commercial is there. You can access any country's page after registering once at UK site.

Yeah, I figured. Still odd from the perspective of anyone actually interested in the game.

Ok, abit OT but this is awesome. Not only does the Pal version of WipEout have a exclusive gameshare feature, it also has a demo of Fired Up built in that has a sinleplayer mode and multiplayer which support gameshare as well. Awesome.

Gotta give them the credit for actually making a step forward in usability of that site over the one in the US, though. They made an applet that downloads music/videos/pictures to your PSP directly, while it's connected to the USB. On the US site, they had to put the a video with a girl explaining how you are supposed to put files in a folder with a "funny name 100MNV01"

EU version of Wipeout will also have some European-exclusive content, even an exclusive track and skin designed by some industrial designers if I remember correctly.

I cant registger my US PSP. I did choose model 1003 and it says that my serial number is not correct. what am I doing wrong? my serial number is starting with PP

On that front, I agree, this site looks much better designed than what SCEA has at the moment. But I think it would preferable if the various divisions pooled their efforts related to making a PSP content portal site like this, rather than going at it separately. You've got PSP-TV in Japan, YourPSP for Europe and an offshoot of SonyConnect in the US...

Yeah and SonyConnect doesn't even work in Canada. I'm supposed to download the God of War soundtrack thru that and I can't, tsss...

Shompola, this is from PSPUpdates.com

------------------------------------
EMPORER13, one of our users just emailed us that he managed to sign up on www.YourPSP.com with his US information.

What you need to provide is:
- Your PSP's Serial Number: It's under your battery, inside your PSP. Not the one on the bottom.
- Model Number: 1003
- Purchase Date: 31th of August, 2005
- Other information should go what it should be.

After the registration, you will have full access to the resources on www.YourPSP.com, even including p-tv!

Thanks for the email, EMPORER13, and 3rdamention!! =)

Pay attention to where to look for the serial number. I cannot confirm personally that US PSPs work, but I did register successfully with my Japanese one.

Ohh not the one on the bottom? that s is the one I tried. lets try and open the battery lock and see.. thanks for the info marconelly.

It worked thanks again :)
