I still wonder why the developers bothered with an Xbox version, considering the well-known collapse of the system's sales and with them going third-party. Perhaps Microsoft's money was too tempting, or they think they can squeeze whatever money they can get from Xbots after already getting their money's worth from the PC, PS5, and Mobile versions?

I recall a lot of Xbox players playing Fortnite, Paladins and Dauntless (I saw their Xbox logos).

Why you don't want that I play ZZZ?

Microsoft needs more popular games to stream on Xbox Cloud Gaming outside of the physical Xbox console, and miHoYo wants money.

An easy port to make, Gass game, opportunity to expand active user base, opportunity to have a Streaming version without additional cost on a platform (Xcloud) that reaches a wide number of devices (TV, PC, Tablets, Mobiles ..... Basically a business opportunity and extra visibility..
Capriciously, the generation of Xbox consoles with greater and better support for games of all types and origins.

That doesn't change their games on schedule and will be shipped no matter what.

I still don't know how to use my mobile account on any platform other than my phone. I tried to play the PS5 version but the whole email address thing and lack of a "transfer account" feature was confusing.

Got a friend who I've pestering to play this game but he only has a PS4, Nintendo Switch and an Xbox Series S. Glad he will finally be able to play it.

A bit off-topic, sorry...

I saw this mention about Xcloud for ZZZ and said to myself: "I'm going to give Xcloud a play after many months and see how much it's improved since they announced the ability to play their own games and the resolution/IQ boost."

Impressions: Wow!! Xcloud has truly improved the experience since the update, and I find it curious that no one has given any attention to that improvement. MS is totally incompetent when it comes to selling its product🙃

I've played SW Jedi Survivor, RE 2 remake, Indiana Jones, NHL 25, and FIFA 24, and the experience has been more than satisfactory. And that's considering the XSS version being played and playing on a 65" screen.

I can clearly see people using the service now. Maybe more for SP games, but it's definitely a significant improvement in the experience.

P.S. My internet connection has been the same for a year.

They probably squeezed quite a hefty amount of money/support dev/marketing on this and Genshin from MS
You cant' explain it simply "want MS money" when they ignored xbox for 4 years for Genshin (and I think Phil literally begged them to bring it to xbox).
Btw - around 80-85% of money from Mihoyo games comes from Asia where Xbox is non-existent, so it understandable that Mihoyo was in no rush porting.
