9) weird non important in the moment FE character being playable

Yeah Squirtle is fun to play in both versions but he's too slippery in Project M. We always accidentally suicided with his moves due to slippery natures.

K. Rool a poor gorilla's Bowser that has been laying in a coffin 6 feet under for years.
Ridley second most important character in Metroid and held a prominent role in the latest title in 2010.
Don't see how they are related.

Yes, as has been discussed, this is fake. If they wanted to make it seem semi legit at least, they could have at least put another character there besides Rosalina. Either a character that would come before K Rool alphabetically, or Donkey / Diddy Kong.
I never really understood the need for King K. Rool in Smash Bros. I suppose it's also because I just don't like the character (and especially his design) either. He's had no relevance at all for a long, long time.
Even a seriously retro representative like Takamaru has more modern relevance considering there was a game based off the series in Nintendoland (Takamaru's Ninja Castle).

Really because Ridley has been in all smashes as stage hazards, cut scenes and bosses in addition to being in the most recent Metroids. K. Rool was last seen in Barrel Blast 7 years ago and there has been several Mario/DK spinoffs and a few DK games since then. Nintendo has decided Funky Kong is more important to them than K. Rool, let that sink in.

Heck, just look at their history in the Smash series alone.
K. Rool:
Melee: a trophy. Brawl: a trophy and a sticker, and his theme.
Ridley: 64: cameo in Planet Zebes. Melee: In the intro and a trophy. Brawl: 2 boss fights (one that heavily mimics the way you fight Ridley in 2D Metroids, one that is entirely unique as Ridley also interacts with the platform you are on), 2 trophies, 2 stickers, a remix of his theme and an original port of the Prime Ridley theme. Smash 4: Hinted at in the very first shot we got from the Metroid stage.
I mean, c'mon. You can't possibly say that Ridley is less important than K. Rool in Nintendo's (or at least Sakurai's) eyes if he got twice as much as Rool ever got in Smash representation, and we already know he is going to be involved in Smash 4, yet it's unlikely K. Rool will be anything more than a trophy.
I like it. All he needs a crown.

And you guys should stop fighting about Ridley and K. Rool. Nintendo obviously regards both of them as equally important.
