PlayStation Network Thread (Vita/PS3/PS4/PSP) | February 2014

I'm not saying don't cancel it, but playing offline doesn't quite feel like solo. You can take AI companions on every mission I have played so far, and if you ever DO play online I hear you can take the hunters you've met online with you in offline missions. Seriously check out the demo though. It's like MH, but then not because it's faster paced, and all the tediums from MH are pretty much gone. Plus, the demo is the beginning of the game, so if you try it, and ike it, everything you have done will be like you were playing the full game all along...aside from the item/money cap..
I never played Murumasa, but Persona is a time stealer. You will be surprised at how quickly you will lose hours and hours of your day zoning out to the hypnotic music and gameplay.

Totally forgot about the demo. Played it now for ~1 hour and found the game quite intriguing. Crisp graphics (native I assume?)/nice models and I really liked the soundtrack.

What a busy month.
Already bought TxK, Danganronpa, Stick it to the man, Dustforce (I didn't notice slowdowns, but probably because I suck at it - slow as a snail), Surge Deluxe, South Park (PC, GMG) and preordered stuff still coming (Thief (PS4), the new wireless 'Gold' Headset, Rayman Legends (PS4), YS Celceta (EU release)).

No vita games, early year/nextgen launch drought my ass - still haven't finished Killzone 4, got hypnotized by Super Motherload (got it for $2.49 - Amazon.com Sale/special voucher).

I love this thread, I never have time to read through the back pages, so it's like it's always brand new :)

What's new in the world of playstation all?

I was just reading another thread, and people kept talking about how awesome Hotline Miami was, so I figured I'd just bite the bullet and see what it was going for. Turns out, I "purchased" it through PS+ a while ago, and just forgot... Man I love this service lol.

It's almost like getting your own slice of Humble Bundle pie.

Yup. Happened to me when I suddenly wanted to buy Soul Sacrifice and realized I already have it on PS+.

http://thevitalounge.net/forum/inde...s-this-mean-for-the-vita.176/page-2#post-4079

Well after months of paperwork and waiting i eventually found out that the vita unity license is far far beyond anything I would've thought (five figures), plus the devkits (which I heard they are good about loaning). So basically as an indie dev i'm out of luck. It's really truly flies in the face of their indie development claims IMO. I mean you can make a game without unity of course, but who's going to make a game from scratch? Actually with the big guys using their own engines a lot of the time, I'm not sure what point there is in having a five figure unity license!

TxK sure looks good.
Me want.

Mmm probably my English is not good enough, i don't understand, what's the problem?

He can't afford the Unity license since its in a five figure digits amount (say 50,000). I think Microsoft and Nintendo are subsidizing this amount but for some reasons, Sony won't.

Danganronpa is online on the EU store, €39.99, no PS+ discount.

Regarding to a blog comment from NIS on the 6th february they don't know anything about a ps+ discount so I guess there won't be one.

Just bought it and am downloading now.

I grabbed it as well

Currently en-route. Though no idea where because I was cheap and went with the "no tracking number" option on Nippon-Yasan.
I paid a a bit more and ordered from an Amazon-fulfilled seller. Last time I ordered from an import store, it took 2 months for my item to arrive.

It's pretty amazing how many games you can fit on the card. No more stressing out every time they give us a PS+ game.

Nippon-Yasan delivered my card within 3 or 4 days so they're definitely reliable.

I ordered mine from a guy on ebay on Feb 6th and it's coming Feb 19-27th, uhg. I can't do anything on my console!

Working fine via the app. Can't check anything else. Plenty of friends online too.

Think something weird happened with The Last of Us, was signing into the factions mode when I was disconnected and attempting to sign back in brought up nothing but error codes. Restarting the system worked.

Nobody listen to this person. Stealth Inc. is AMAZING.

IS far from amazing , as part of the Curve bundle is an "ok" game but as a stand alone product is really something i will never pay for seriously bad and generic platform game.Non interesting character , null story, etc. Performance is good but looks and plays like a flash game.

Nothing will ever dethrone the Game Boy Advance in my eyes, but man, the Vita is a close second. Though I tend to complain about a few things quite a bit, all these localizations make me happy and proud to own the best handheld on the market.

A Soul Sacrifice Delta release date would help the cause, SCEA.
