Happened to me as well. Am trying to get in contact with EA help to see if I can get the codes swapped.

Redeeming Xbox Code on Origin doesn't work.
 
I just thought to myself "Why the fuck am I jumping through fucking hoops for a damn beta code on Twitter?"

Nope.

I just hope I get an email. I missed so many opportunities tonight :(

...over a game thats out in 3 weeks. This thread and the mass chaos all over the internet is exactly why the beta was done like this. Gotta give it to MS/ EA/Respawn. My guess is everyone who signed up for the beta will have a code by tomorrow at this time.
 
Absolutely furious,

Applied for the PC Beta, got given a Xbox One code.

Apparently it is happening to a lot of people who signed up for the PC beta, not surprising EA cannot even distribute codes correct/

Yeah fuck it, I'm just going to wait for an email. The folks at EA support have been helpful when I had issues before, not going to take advantage of that generosity just to get a code.
 
Got on chat. Was told I had to provide screenshot. Provided screenshot from earlier in thread. Was told my screenshot was invalid. Told them I thought it was. They disconnected chat because of my "repetitive behavior". lol Trying again. Hopefully I get a better rep.

EDIT: And to all complaining about "social engineering", I completely agree. I am tasteless and terrible. But I have no shame.
 
Anyone with an Xbox One code manage to swap it for a PC code (assuming you signed up for PC) thanks to customer service. I know several people were talking about it earlier. I wanna know if it worked.
 
Going to try get in touch with support to get the code I applied for and was meant to be given, hopefully I get somewhere with that.

Will give away Xbox One code once I've talked to them.

And even worse is you're incompetent at it. I mean, some of the people who have succeeded aren't exactly Rhodes Scholars, lol.

SCREW that. First lady wouldn't help me because "the beta doesn't open until tomorrow", and the second guy claimed he couldn't generate more codes. I'm pretty furious right now, even though I know how stupid it is to be.

Can you tell me what your case number was so I can reference it?
