Titanfall Beta now taking applications, the thread of begging and whining

I feel so stupid, no wonder I'm not getting a code - I signed up with my actual Origin account and only once - next time I'll do what seems to be common, sign up with like 10 accounts.

Can anybody PM me an Xbox One code, if they've got one spare? My web hosting company took my account offline, which included my email account signed to the beta.

Same with me man. Everyone else is checking their 15 accounts, and I'm just sitting here checking my one.

Just wanted a code to see how playable this would be with a controller on my PC. Having watched Giant Bomb play it for some time has convinced me that I'll be getting it so really I don't mind if I dont get a code now. But if they want to send me one today im not going to cry too much over getting it, hah.

So is it just me or are there hardly any PC codes being given out? None of my friends have gotten one, neither have I. Wonder why they're doing it like this. Kinda strange.

When you go to redeem a code on the Xbox live website does it automatically redeem once you type it in and hit enter or does it show you what you are about to redeem and then you have to confirm it like it used to on the 360?

I ask because once I eventually receive my replacement PC code I want to test the old Xbox code before I give it away.

There are two confirmation dialogs, also I'll take that code yo

So EA have sent me another code for the Xbone for some reason (I asked for one for the PC originally) and I'm willing to give it away, but this time via a competition. I already have it on the PC now as I did a trade earlier with a kind Gaffer in this thread.

Basically I'll give the code to the person who can make the funniest Titanfall related picture/Gif.

Quote this message and post your picture gif. I will chose the one I find most humorous and give that lucky person the code.

Competition closes at 13:30 GMT (roughly half an hour)

Go go go.

Did you decide who the winner was? I might have missed it.

I urge everyone to remain calm about the Beta. I know it's painful waiting on a key, but that's no excuse to go nuts.

It's a Beta. We all know that some people aren't going to get in, because that's what happens. But we've been given a number of extra keys for no other reason than we are GAFfers, so try to be grateful. I won't have people slagging off Respawn because they can't control themselves.

Don't catch a ban over a Beta, guys.

Funny isn't it. People who play fair get nothing while spammers get enough codes to sell/share.

Randomly woke up and checked my inbox and there it was!!! A lot of people are going to be happy this morning (and probably mad lol).

So this really sums up first world problems huh?

We've got the passive agressive, you lost sales posts.

The, I've worked hard all day on the internet posts.

My personal favorite, waaaa why didn't I get a key posts.

I got a key but it's not the right platform, I can't use it but I also don't want to give it out posts.

This thread sums up the internet nicely, thanks fellas I needed a good chuckle today.

My guess would be they had a million plus beta signups. Actually sending a million plus emails is not quick. Companies like Gmail and Yahoo implement rate limits for how quickly you send to their servers, for example.
